Who we are

We are one of the UK's leading providers of insurance for the contents of safe deposit boxes.

Originally founded as My Security Box in 2009 the business has since gone from strength to strength and in 2021 was acquired by Noble Insurance Group,  becoming Noble Security Box Insurance in 2023.

We offer an insurance policy that is issued in the name of the individual who rents the box, not the centre or bank that operates it. This means our policyholders are able to tailor their policy to their own individual needs and, if the worst should happen, make a claim direct without having to go through their security centre or bank.

Our insurers all have a minimum financial security rating of 'A' or better, this gives our customers confidence that their insurer has the financial resources to pay any valid claims.

We aim to provide an, easy to use, online experience so that you can amend your policy and access your documents 24/7/365. However we also believe it is important that you can get help from a real person - our experienced team is available to talk through any questions you may have, or office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
